The role works within the Conversion Operations Team and reports directly to TBC

This position requires ability to manage a team and take ownership on driving continuous employee improvement while providing customers with highest level of gaming experience in the Bingo, Casino, Poker, Sports betting interactive business. Most importantly, it requires a ‘can do’ attitude and result driven focus while providing customers with highest standards of gaming experience.

Role Purpose:
The role works within the Conversion Operations Team and reports directly to TBC

This position requires ability to manage a team and take ownership on driving continuous employee improvement while providing customers with highest level of gaming experience in the Bingo, Casino, Poker, Sports betting interactive business. Most importantly, it requires a ‘can do’ attitude and result driven focus while providing customers with highest standards of gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly accountable for the team’s day to day performance, ensuring that team targets are met.
• Lead and inspire team members to ensure they regularly meet/ exceed quality and productivity goals whilst monitoring adherence to KPIs
• Provides positive, consistent, fair, and committed leadership to the team
• Responsible for direct leadership, supervision, development, and engagement of Executives and Senior Executives in delivering excellent results

• Encourages communication and collaboration across the business, team, and stakeholders in order to build strong relationships and develop cross functional working.

Requisitos para aplicar

Specialist Skills and Experience Required

• At least two (2) years of working experience in leading a team preferably in a contact centre environment
• Previous experience in a marketing related role is an advantage, ideally in the online gaming industry
• Mental and pragmatic reasoning to carry out sales techniques and multiple priorities
• Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills and can work with minimum supervision
• Fluency in English – written and spoken to an excellent standard
• Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
• Quality of service and going the extra mile is at the heart of the service approach
